Are you happy as a 49er fan with the state of the starting QB and his backups for the 49ers? If not, where do you think the 49ers should draft a QB in the upcoming draft?

They'll definitely draft a QB, and they'll do what they always do:
1.) Identify their guy
2.) Do what it takes to draft their guy
If I had to guess, that guy this year will be Mac Jones. I think the 49ers will be picking in the late teens, early twenties, so they'll likely be able to either draft Jones there or move back a few spots and grab him there.

I agree with most of this but this regime proved they will not wait. I feel Jones will be their guy but in John Lynch tradition they'll move up to draft him

If Jones is their guy they didn't learn their lesson. You cannot have a team that devalues interior pass protection and has a non mobile QB as their "guy".
Jones might be the best value so they will draft him because of that. But I also think Jones moves well in the pocket better than Jimmy... but still.
Trade the farm to the Cowboys and draft Wilson.

Wilson is a better prospect ut is he a better fit?
You want to trade the farm on the potential that Wilson can master Kyle's offense. That is why alot of QBs bust. Because a guy has more arm strength or foot speed doesn't make him the perfect QB for system in which he is being drafted. I'm not saying he can't im just saying we don't know if Wilson can be that guy. Everything Mac Jones is, is almost perfect for Shanahan's offense. As it relates to QB they don't seem to go for the shiny toy.
RGIII had more potential than Kirk Cousins but it wasn't RGIII that Kyle preferred.
Johnny Manziel had more potential than Brian Hoyer but it was Manziel who forced Shannyn to quit CLE.
Kaepernick had more potential than Beathard and Homer but it wasn't Kaepernick that Shanahan chose.

Trade down and add a 3rd and 2nd, draft Ridder to pressure Jimmy G.... Obviously like all I want Wilson but we have to fill too many holes. I'd love Jones in the 2nd but he's gonna be gone before pick #20 in the first which is too rich.

Would be nice choice if we are to far down to trade up without giving up the farm

This goes back to Krizay's point.
Are people just throwing Ridder out there because he's a name that has gotten some hype out there?
Because I don't see a guy who fits into this offense AT ALL. I see another version of Kaepernick with similar con's but without the same freakish arm talent and athleticism. Still a one speed thrower with an elongated delivery that doesn't have great pocket presence, athletic enough but not elusive in the way of Wilson or Kyler Murray. Takes off running at times for zero damn reason. Accuracy is all over the place, especially on shorter throws. He's just kind of blah to me. If you draft that guy, you'd better be running a chuck and duck style offense ala Bruce Arians or he'll be wasted.
IMO, if you're going to draft a QB, draft your QB, don't just draft a QB because you need one and a guy that was heavily hyped is just hanging around there. That is how you wind up with EJ Manuel,Connor Cook and Paxton Lynch.

Wilson is the guy to liquidate all assets for

All this. Without interior pass protection, Jones is a dead man on this team. We'd be much better off with a guy who can move and get out of the pocket easily and still make plays downfield imo.

If their intention is to go a new route away from JG, then they must solely focus on the guy(s) they believe can be difference makers at the next level. Personally, I'd rather they overspend to move up for the guy they 'want' vs settling for the next guy in the pecking order....wherever they're picking in the first. That seems to fit Shanahan and Lynch so I think they'll do that.

It's a lot more likely that Kyle upgrades the interior OL than drastically moving away from his QB profile. After all, Kyle wants an extension of himself at QB.
And there's zero chance we draft Ridder rofl.

Those two QB's couldn't possibly be anymore different. What a weird comparison. Coming out in the draft, Flacco's calling card was having a bazooka for an arm. What people questioned were his accuracy, his readiness to play in a pro offense, his issues going through his progressions and struggles throwing under pressure but damn that arm was ridiculous.
May as well compare Kyle Trask to Carson Palmer.
