What if the put Deebo in the slot?

We need a slot guy and someone to really stretch the field. Not sure if there are any good speed demon candidates after the 2nd round of this draft.
I'm not going to worry about stretching the field until we 1.) have a QB that can push the ball downfield 2.) have an OL capable of consistently holding up for longer plays.

We have a downfield threat. His name is Brandon Aiyuk. Unfortunately, we don't have the other things necessary to utilize him that way.

Imo we are fairly set with Deebo and Aiyuk. I would love a true burner wr3 to stretch the field. Any obvious ones in the draft?

Chris Olave. If we trade up for a QB in the 1st and get lucky he may fall out of rd. 2. They could then grab him in the 3rd with the Saleh comp. He runs great routes and can be the burner we need to open the intermediate areas for Yuk and Kittle.

I dont think Olave drops out of 2. When people dive deeper into his film his stock will raise considerably.

I believe Olave is going back to school unless I read wrong.

He is :/ which sucks cause I think he would've been considered heavily with our 2nd. But it always seemed like he stood out whenever I watched fields film.
Dazz newsome anyone?
Brennan Eagles Texas. Only reason I can figure he came out was financial. He would have torn it up next year with Sark.

Wow... that's shocking...

Olave, Wilson, Williams, Smith-Njigba, Fleming and Ruckert.

They are absolutely loaded at receiver and tight end.
Wish Hurd and Jennings could stay healthy and play. It's crazy because Hurd converted to WR because he wanted to have a longer and more lucrative career.
Liked this kid last year but he went back to school. Could be KB's replacement.

Tamorrion "Scary" Terry
FSU, 6'4"-210 lbs
Pros:
* deep threat
* good size with speed
* big play ability
* YAC ability
* playmaker

Cons:
* focusing problem, tends to drop the easy catches but catches the hard ones.

Two guys I haven't seen discussed are TJ Vasher and Sage Surrat. Both guys have some dual sport basketball background.

TJ Vasher is ranked in the 300s because of poor production in 2020, so maybe he won't even get drafted. But I'd be happy to throw a 7th round pick at a 6'6" WR that runs a 4.5 and makes circus catches.

Sage Surrat also has nice size and speed. Seems more likely to get drafted than Vasher. But if he's there late could be a nice pick up.

Definitely wouldn't mind drafting 2 WRs, a slot guy in the 4th ( Amari Rodgers plz ) and a taller WR in the 7th ( Warren Jackson plz ) but I do like Surratt too,

He is, but by Aiyuk is WR1. For a downfield threat, I'm thinking of a guy that corners play off of on all plays. Aiyuk will be running the full route tree is WR1. We can get a speed guy later that we can work on and develop later.
