I remember a few years ago when people would lose their s**t if a LB was under 240 lbs. It all started with Bobby Wagner, then Telvin Smith, Deion Jones and now, it's the pretty standardized weight for stack LB.
It's funny you say that. When I watched Lott play I always felt he could have added 10-15 lbs and played LB. He hit like a freight train and had a great nose for the ball.

Zaven Collins is one of the earliest players I watched in this draft. Dude is essentially an edge defender playing stack LB lol. He reminded me a ton of Dont'a Hightower. The hoodie would definitely know how to maximize a dude like Collins.
That's a pretty good comparison. I was trying to come up with one and thought Jamie Collins, but Hightower, I definitely see that.

People are going to disagree with whoever they pick in the first 3 rounds but truthfully, they need help in so many spots that almost any pick will be an upgrade. OL, LB, DE, QB, safety and corner are all going to need upgrades after free agency. What positions they address first will come down to who is available. I don't care what position they address as long as they get guys that can help and stay on the field.
If Zaven Collins is there with our 2nd round pick, do you select him as BPA?
I say YES. Dude is versatile and is literally everywhere on the field. I know we don't play three linebackers often, but he'd be such a hybrid weapon for us in coverage and blitzes.
