Yeah im a huge paye fan. Casual fans will be mad if we pick him cause it's another d line and not a qb but I think ford is done and he would be unstoppable opposite to bosa

I want Paye if they aren't going QB in the 1st.

Need to replace Ford ASAP. Then draft CB/IOL in the 2nd and 3rd and 4th

I'm starting to warm up to Paye. Paye/Bosa and Kin, look out! A good pass rush can mask a mediocre defensive secondary. That said, I'd go CB In the second round and interior OL rest of the way.

Was high on the Mac Jones bandwagon but now I think we keep Jimmy one more year and give him some OL help and he'll be ok. Plus next year is a good year for QBs in the draft.

But first impressions I get watching him... reminds me of Solomon Thomas...

Look how choppy his feet are, how many steps it takes him to get to the QB.. just brings out bad memories! I just don't see the agility and ankle bend you need from a DE! Maybe future DT prospect ... hope I'm wrong because I want the kid to succeed!

Well, I don't get the Solomon Thomas comp at all. Paye actually demonstrates an understanding of working and applying a pass-rush plan with solid hand technique as an edge rusher. Solly never played edge in college.

In regards to ankle pliability, I think there's some truth to that criticism. I think Paye could improve his arc footwork. Also, Paye isn't the bendiest guy, but he's not stiff, either. His game revolves around softening the corner with violent hands, power, and flattening/playing through contact--very similar to Carl Lawson.

This dude looks like a beast sounds like DE1
Doubt he's still available at 12

Same here. Wu was loyal to the socal for Michigan football. Seemed like every player from their was the second coming of Jesus. Like he could never convince me Gary deserved to be a 1st rounder.

Some team offers a 2nd round pick to drop down to the middle of the 1st where the niners get their guy anyway and then use the 2nd rounder on another pass rusher like Jones

No you don't

People need to move on. Wu got banned for numerous reasons after being given numerous opportunities to get his stuff together. Considering that since he was banned he's gone off and started like a hundred different alt's, he's not going to be allowed back anytime soon.
