While impress, bench press ultimately has very little to say about how well a guy is going to do at the next level. Its one of the least useful events at the Combine IMO.

It's very useful as a "confirmation" exercise.

Not supposed to really say much about ability, and not very useful for the average fan that isin't looking to spot red flags.

That list is full of disappointments just like first round tight ends.

Yeah I see it as a work ethic thing...I also think it matters a little more depending on the position you play.

you don't what your NT to be throwing up 5 reps lol

Whoa, looks like there's a benefit of training with Aaron Donald

Wouldn't mind using a 5th rounder if he's still there.

Absolutely, but I'd be shocked, surely someone will take a swing earlier than that, anyone that can provide interior pass rush is more valuable than that, surely?

He'll be gone way before the 5th imo. He's very underrated, like I said on another thread. Rashard Weaver and Patrick Jones been getting all the headlines but Twyman is the reason they've been getting their one-on-ones. Wouldn't be surprised if A.Donald is in McVay's ear to draft this kid in day 2 to be play next to him with Brockers heading to reunite with his favorite QB in Detroit.

Fwiw, these times nearly match or exceed the numbers that came out of his EXOS workout.

He's not as good as Jaire but he's maybe more explosive.
