Phins get to check him out

Devonta Smith will be a great pro with his attitude IMO.

What other WR would go to the senior bowl with his kind of stock? He's a lock to go top 10 but the guy just likes to compete.
Mac Jones is in!

Damn I told my friends that he's a better player than ruggs and jeudy were, they called me insane cause of draft hype but I think I was right

We'll see how he is in the pros. But with that work ethic and attitude I have a feeling he will be just fine.

You were right. The other guys had one or two things they did off the charts, but lacked in other areas. Ruggs world class speed but instincts and feel on route running is way behind, Jeudy an elite, polished route runner, but lower on some other metrics.
With Smith, he just has IT. Hard to explain but he busted on the scene with the walk off TD catch vs Georgia his freshman year in the natty and capped his career off with a heisman and second natty. He didn't have the some of the crazy returns like Waddle or "fast forward" speed like Ruggs, and even took a backseat to them, BUT, it always seemed like 6 was the one coming up with the huge drive extending or late TD catch. I think the main separator is instincts, he is off the charts. I may even say Rice like. This includes stuff like just knowing exactly when to break on a route it ball, reading the defenders body in a split second, finding that soft spot on the field, and then the length to come down with everything. It's impressive.

SB is gonna be lit

I wonder if his brother gets an invite, too. Chazz is one of my favorite players in the draft.
A guy to keep in eye on at the SB is EDGE Patrick Jones.

Liked Chazz Surratt until I saw the Wake Forest QB truck him 4x in a game last year and that was it for me lol. Nah he's a good player.

I see a cross of Fred Warner and Myles Jack to his game.

Yup. When I was scouting the Bama boys last season Smith kept on popping up. He didn't have a special trait like jeudys route running or ruggs speed but he has that special something that you can't explain, which I think is a lot more impressive than jeudy and ruggs. I think he will impact a team not just on the field, but off of it. I see him as a team captain in his 2nd year and leading the group from the front. Usually the best receivers are either big talkers like Michael Thomas or a quiet guy like Julio. He definitely seems like a Julio mold. I can't wait to see him play.

Also, this would be interesting buy I see Saleh loving Smith after interviews.
