Was waiting to hear more about Newman. So disappointed he opted out this past season. I really wanted to see how he'd play in Georgia's offense.

Man there's some solid WRs here, this class is stocked! Tylan Wallace is another guy that is showing up...he played in a spread offense at OSU so he wasn't asked to run a full route tree. Just watching his clips from yesterday he most certainly can run more than a go route and a slant lol.

He can separate and we already know he can track the deep balls. I wouldn't mind seeing him in a SF Jersey.

sign me up, Tyler Boyd 2.0 with better deep ball ability

Sounds like he was the best QB on the field yesterday

So does this throw the QB draft order into question?

Not the top 5 or 6 guys, no. He's got some real upside though. He transferred to Georgia but with covid and everything opted out. Wake Forest didn't do him any favors though. He's got some learning to do.

He could be a real steal and worth developing though...have him sit for a couple yrs behind a certain team that has a good vet QB in place (cough Stafford).
I like this kid, put up some good reps yesterday.

There were reports that he opted out because he was losing the QB starting job to JT Daniels. If that is really the case, I want no part of him, no matter the talent. That's a massive red flag.

Georgia fans flipped the f**k out over it. He didn't start bringing up COVID as an issue until Daniels started showing well, and then suddenly "well I'm afraid of getting sick." Ultimately I think he was just afraid of screwing over his draft status so instead he screwed over his team.

"We had to put him in Wake Forest stuff," Senior Bowl executive director Jim Nagy said. "If we put him in Georgia stuff …. the vitriol among DawgNation on Twitter has been unbelievable."

This the kid that was hitting Zach Wilson all game?
