WR Elijah Moore - Ole Miss (The next Tyreek Hill?)

He's so shifty that he's too shifty at times. Some of those reps have unnecessary movement. He needs to be more efficient at times or else he could wreck his own QB. Imagine being the QB and having your WR bust that many moves while Nick Bosa is coming off the edge or Aaron Donald is coming up the middle.

Pettis had this problem. He uses way too many steps to get open in Kyle's scheme. Trent Taylor does as well. That's probably one of the main reasons why he got benched. A play that comes to mind from this season is that final throw vs the Cardinals in the opener. Trent Taylor threw off the timing of the play on the out route by making way too many moves, which completely threw off Jimmy's rhythm and timing.

Davante Adams is the best route runner in the NFL right now, and one thing that makes him special is that he consistently beats press with one move off the LOS. That allows his QB to see him open earlier and get him the ball.

Better footwork than Darden. I think Darden may have looser hips, but it's splitting hairs. Moore has more long speed, but Darden more twitched up.

I kind of want him to be our 2nd round pick. He would be awesome in this offense. Used as a hybrid running back/wide receiver and getting him in space. I want to add more deep speed to take advantage of Lance's arm strength.
I can't edit my post to fix the imbed video sorry

i think that is easily coachable though so it comes down to if Elijah is a good student of the game. The difference with Pettis was that he just doesnt really have the drive and focus to make it in the NFL. He rather go to stage coach in booty shorts. but in all seriousness, I think Wes Welker will clean up his game. I feel like most receivers coming into the league have similar route running issues. It all comes down to their Football IQ, drive, and coaching.
Dude has been killing it in NJ…wanted him so bad.
