Teven Jenkins-OT/OG-Oklahoma State

Jenkins could easily wind up as the third tackle picked in the draft, going in the Top 20 picks. He's an instant starter right out of the gate and works in just about any blocking scheme.

Nah I see the top 3 OL being pretty well in place and I think Alijah Vera-Tucker will go higher.

Jenkins is OL 6. for me (depending on how Dickson's rehab goes) ...he's got some issues with speed and the arm length is an issue.

We will see!

For me you've hit the nail on the head without directly saying it, I think it comes down to which teams believe he's a RT, and which tink he has to kick to G. I can see the Steelers and Titans coveting him as a RT, so doubt he gets out of the 1st.

Dickerson's rehab is unbelievable, due warmed up 3 weeks after ACL surgery and even took a snap! Should say all you need to know!

I think he's being underrated based on what I've seen. Just like McGlinchey and Conklin went early, I could see teams like the Bears, Raiders, Chargers, and Cardinals going after someone like him to have him play tackle, whether immediately or to slide over after a year.

He's flown under the radar quite a bit but I think that the internet draftnik community is starting to catch up and I'm starting to see some of the more reliable folks pumping him up a lot. Usually that just means they're catching up with what NFL scouts have already believed for awhile.

I've said this in a few threads. I would LOVE to plug him in at RG this year, and prep him to take over RT next yea if McG doesn't earn a second contract with his play this year.

Hmm.. not a bad idea. Big nasty as Phoenix said.. I like it! Where's NC at 😁

Was watching a podcast earlier on pff that cited bleacher report saying this guy is OT #2. He is great and all that but I sort of see him as guard.

Am I missing something

I think he has the ability to be a good NFL tackle or a great NFL guard. Some teams will be perfectly happy having him at tackle.

Yeah I don't really have a a clue where he lands...this FA and the massive amount of cuts is gonna muddy up the waters. Titans needs a pass rusher in the worst way. I could see Pitt going OL in FA now that they cleared about $15M with the Big Ben restructure.

gonna be interesting

also I love me some Dickerson (FSU fan) his injury past is such a red flag...I bet someone takes a chance though. He's an all-pro center imo.
This kid has can't miss written all over him...great size at 6-6, 320, regarded as a premier edge blocker. I hadn't really heard about him 'til the notice they were going to meet with him (virtually). When you look at how many other teams have done the same thing you get the notion this guy's the real deal. Looked him up on Walter Football and he's their 9th rated OT. That could change, though, as it sounds like he could well be rated higher. No matter, if they don't re-sign TW, this is a guy they should consider taking early. I've been thinking about TW lately...and I'm at the point I almost hope they don't re-sign him. That's based on how many other players they could likely keep if they let Trent get away due to his high price tag. Some team's apt to make him an offer the Niners simply can't match. It may be worth it if they could re-sign Juszczyk, Verrett, Hyder, & K'Wuan.

But they can keep their guys. All of them. Its about guaranteed money and structure. With that said, Trent or no Trent, they need to guys on day 1 + 2 for O-line.

damn... I actually meant the OG from Tennessee !!
I always laugh when I see clips of a 320lb mountain of a man throwing a 190lb college safety or 240lb college DE to the ground as if it's some great achievement.
This dude could quite possibly be a slug in the NFL even if he is nasty.
I'd like to see film of him getting stood up and challenged.
That's what his life is gonna be like for a couple of years.

Ossai Is a 260 DE who's looked at as a top 50 pick? But yeah I get it...I think he's best inside.
Here's an issue of lacking length...Perkins gets inside with the long arm and Jenkins gets walked right back.

we can find good clips of Jenkins being a grizzly bear BUT he's gotta get his hands on you first. Length is an issues on the outside. IMO he's a better OG at the next level

Here's that game winning sack Hero talked about

love his attitude, but I don't think he's a top 20 prospect.
