Minuses are that he wasn't particularly remarkable prior to this season, just a guy that looked like he'd be a UDFA at best. He doesn't have much experience as a receiver and stands to improve as a pass blocker.
A lot of his running style reminds me of Doug Martin when he was playing back in college. Not the same level of talent obviously but still someone with the ability to contribute in the right offense. He's not really a feature back type but a solid carries eater in a scheme like this as well as a useful asset down near the goal line.
