Have a feeling that no matter who the 49ers take at #3, Ramsey will be a target either late in the draft or UDFA. He's a perfect fit as a developmental #3 QB.

Best part of Ramsey's tape is Whop Philyor. One of the first UDFA calls I make.
As far as Ramsey goes, I don't think hes anything more than a #3 and will have the most value a few years in when he can mentor a younger guy and help out in the film room.
