Trade up from 3 to #2 overall to take Wilson?

The more I watch Fields convincing myself he can get picked #2, the more comfortable I am taking him if he falls to 3. I have mixed feelings on Mac Jones but I think he could be a way better version of Nick Mullens with a better arm, and we bring back Nick to be the 3d quarterback I'd be more on board with that. Fields brings that elusive x factor where he can easily take off and turn negative plays into positive plays with his feet like Wilson or Murray. Let him slide. I still love Zach WIlson, and want him more than anyone. I'm just getting a little more comfortable with the other guys.

I highly doubt there will be a trade up to 2..The Jets have been all over Zach Wilson and his family and it appears that they are pretty set on taking him.

Hypothetically I think the cost would be too much. You don't trade Fred Warner because that sets a bad precedent for the 49ers. You've already traded Buckner and now you wanna trade Warner. It makes the players think the Niners don't want to pay its young stars. Thats some thing you don't want.

Give them our pick and AA. Use AA's money to resign Warner.

No. I know it's not the popular opinion these days (at least not after Wilson rose up in Nov/Dec)... but Fields > Wilson.

Fields is QB1b for me.

Well that trade isn't going to happen now that they will definitely take a QB.
