Doesn't that just mean that mac jones knew where to go with the football and didn't need to throw it in tight windows? I'm not a mac jones fan, but that stat is just silly. Mac jones strength is is processing apparently, so trying to analyze him through tight window throws doesn't make much sense.

If you create a two-way table with the top 4 QBs and attributes. Fields checks the most boxes. It's kind of unfortunate that Wilson has been propped up ahead of Fields. Fields is right there with Lawrence and probably checks off more boxes than Lawrence.

No it means he never had to throw it into tight windows because his playmakers were open all the damn time. He made easy uncontested passes quit a bit, toss in a 3rd of them were at the LOS.

you simply can't do that at the NFL and expect to have success. You're not gonna have a team that's massively better top to bottom every single week

DO NOT DRAFT MAC JONES!

If 49ers draft Mac Jones, Lynch should get fired and Kyle Shanahan is overrated!

99.9% of 49ers fans even know whos not to draft. Not sure who it will be, but not Mac Jones for 3rd pick!

Every time I hear the name Mac Jones to the 49ers i just want to throw up because he looks like Ryan Finley, Davis Webb, Chris Redmen, or Brandon Weedon to me just below average qbs!! That's why I believe Kyle shanahan will draft Justin fields or trey lance because he actually has a brain and you don't draft a Qb at 3 with below average athletic ability and a weak arm and a low ceiling unless your a f**king idiot lol!!!!

All this Mac Jones stuff is making me not as excited as I should be with the 3rd pick in the draft and talents like Fields and Lance to choose from. Draft weekends is one of my favorite times of the year and the selection of f**king Jones would just devastate me man

And 99.9% of 49ers fans are even more frequently wrong in their draft choices than any NFL franchise. The team has a good record of late so let's just see. One point though, it is idiotic to suggest that the team sacks Lynch for drafting Jones, if he does. The pick will be mutually agreed and based on a great deal more knowledge and insight than is available here. And the owners will take no action until the player, whoever he is, has had the chance to prove himself. Which is good advice.

Yeah, it would be a bummer if the pick is Jones. Hopefully, if it is him he has a successful career and proves all the doubters wrong.

I'd be cool with Mac Jones idk if I agree trading all that for him but seeing fans like you overreacting calling him "average" because he doesn't have the rocket arm or 4.4 speed makes me more excited about him just to see the meltdown

I would be ok with mac Jones if he 1') throws fewer picks than Jimmy 2) fumbles less than Jimmy 3) is sacked less than Jimmy 4) throws a little more accurate deep balls and deep outs than Jimmy.

If we can get 1 more serious edge rusher a quality starting RG and a 1/2 way decent backup ss, we in the Super Bowl.

That's why we trade up to 3 even though there is no true #3 QB prospect this year. ( although I think they are all decent mid. First round selections. )
