MadDog49er draft big board?

MDog are you going to post a draft grade and summary? I think the people want this from you

I agree. But if I say it I'm a hater. I'll just let you say it. Disappointed.

That would have actually been an A+ draft and not the pretend one that those that are wearing red and gold glasses are doing. I do like Aaron Banks though.

there is a reason why so many teams passed on Fields though he wasnt even a top 10 pick. What we have been hearing for a while was correct teams are not as high on Fields as NFL teams/scouts

Yeah. Watson and rodgers fell as well
Washington and Johnson ended up as UDFA, going to Baltimore and Seattle respectively.

Yep. Washington's height/weight numbers obviously a big concern for teams.

Johnson's athletic profile was lacking for teams even though he had a terrific Senior Bowl.

Not to mention his 3rd rd pick, Jamar Johnson, didnt get drafted until the 5th. Looks like MD over valued a few guys. I like his draft though simply because of the top 3 picks.

People care too much about value imo.. sure value matters but at the end of the day if a player is good it is irrelevant where they go. If Kittle was drafted in the second would it have been a bad pick? If you are confident in your evaluations then make sure you go out and get your guy

Value is more about reducing your success to risk ratio. Teams will miss more than they will hit if they take a no-named tight end earlier than they needed to.

But who is to say any of the later niners picks were going to be drafted? For example, if maddog were a gm those guys would have been drafted at the position he wanted. And they wouldn't have gone undrafted. So who knows where aubry would have gone had the niners not selected him.

Nah... I think we got the QB right. I appreciate your prospect grades but I'm glad we we didn't want the WRs you wanted last season and took Aiyuk.
