Someone bring back the collaborative WZ mock draft tis the season

Dibs on the Jets

The way I remember someone picks first to start it then next person to chime in gets 2nd pick and so forth. So no one is assigned a team and you're not waiting around for that person to pick it's first come first serve. Just can't make back to back picks.

That is the "You are on the clock" draft

Yeah me too, but not everyone thinks the same lol. What you thinking about this? That has to be the Saints move right? Another trade up for a QB? Nobody makes deals like that this early for anything but a QB.

Saints need some rookie contracts and a LT & WR. if they toss in this much draft capital in a rookie QB they're in the wrong draft yr. I don't think their GM is that dumb. They wouldn't have signed Dalton either imo.

This kid would be a lot higher on draft boards if he didn't get hurt. Wouldn't mind taking him in Day 3 if he's still available, when healthy he should be a good candidate to compete for replacement of DJ Jones. I tried to watch film on Khalil Shakir (WR) Boise State against UCF and this kid keeps popping out making plays and creating havoc in the middle of the LOS. Did some research and oml, very impressed. Very explosive and strong at the POA. Quick and very good first step.

Drafting a player with a knee injury is a better tradition than the Masters.

Yeah that makes sense. Just weird without knowing what players are available at those spots. I don't think I've ever seen a trade like this before. Funny how they need rookie contracts and yet was in on the Watson sweepstakes and had Matheiu in for a visit

Hahaha

True but the fact is a lot of football players have chronic knee issues. It come with the territory. I'm not even talking about the ones that had ACL surgery. Some just have chronic arthritic conditions that come from the pounding the knees take. Unfortunately, when they get into the pros, they practice more and play more games which puts even more stress on the knees. Problems that were minor in college become major in the NFL.

Great article from NFL.com today ranking the draft class by position. Good thing Niners needs line up with the strengths of this year's prospects:
