The only safety drafted that high that I can think of was this cat. R.I.P. Sean. Even Derwin James as freakishly athletic as he is fell to 17th.

Hamilton is a top 3 prospect this draft if you ignore positions

i think he will go top 5-7. Derwin James was a good prospect as well but he wasnt as polished as Hamilton and had an injury history in college which led to less starts too

Maybe Jets would but there isn't anyone I'd offer short of McGlinchey. And I doubt they'd trade for him now. Maybe Wilson of he was under contract? But I want all hands on deck for 2022.

I forgot. Id work out a trade where the Jets are essentially giving us cap relief. We'd have to send a pick there way though. Dee Ford + a 6th for a Jets 7th in 2023.

With our luck Dee Ford would play a full year so maybe we ask for a conditional 2023 pick lol.

Let's see what happens with Deebo. I really really hope 49ers can make a deal with Deebo but if Deebo wants 30M a year - I think 49ers may look to trade Deebo and I am sure Jets will be the ones to make the best offer. Deebo is my favorite player on the team after Lance and I really really want the 49ers to sign him to a long term extension. I do not think any Wr is worth more than 18-20M per year but Wr contracts have shot up - so I'll be ok with giving Deebo 22M a year (couple million a year in incentives).

If Deebo says I want 30M or close to that - I think Niners may move him. If we end up in that situation - I def. want Jets 10th pick and their 2nd round pick this year and at least another 2nd round and 4th round pick next year.

Why do we need to draft the jets if all jets already have drafts?
