James Cook-RB-Georgia

Dalvin's little brother with a similar style of play. If Kyle wants a RB that can be a consistent threat as a receiver out of the backfield, this is the guy. He projects as a high quality 3rd down back in the NFL.

He skipped the Senior Bowl so it'll be interesting to see how that affects his draft status but right now he looks like a mid 3rd to mid 4th rounder.

You had me at running back, Georgia

I was just making this thread.

He's my favorite player in the draft. He's Percy Harvin. And he'll be even better once the pro coaches correct that huge forward lean he runs with.
He's also a pretty sick WR. Would love to just convert him to slot WR so we can get him on the field.

He makes over the shoulder catches like a seasoned WR
I'd be totally down with Cook as our 3rd down back. Superb receiver in addition to his run skills. Would be another ideal fit in Shanahan's position-less offense.

WHY did we draft Sermon ??

I think this kid (Cook) can be the next Alvin Kamara..
I think he has more potential than just a 3rd down back. He'll need to add some more weight but I'd love this guy in a niners uniform

He's the game breaking positionless eligible receiver that Kyle needs. He'd be a star in our system.
I'd love to have him or Verdell from Oregon

Oh I didn't disagree. I think for most teams he's a compelling 3rd down RB prospect, in Kyle's offense I think you could eventually line him up just about anywhere.

Ama call him the U-BACK!! as in Utility RB..

the guy reminds me Alvin Kamara, but more of a pure runner.. he could be what KS10 had in mind when he wrongly wasted his money on Jett.. tsk tsk tsk..

I also like Borghi of Washington State.. I think he'll be better than Sermon..
I'd be pretty upset if we drafted a back
We don't need a rb, at least one drafted day 2 or earlier. Hope trey sermon bounces back and grab some ufas or FAs
