Yes he was arrested for under 2 ounces of bud recently but if you look 3 months ago he's a top 10 pick, if DJ Jones and Key leave I'd love to take this kid, he's a monster, could play inside or outside on the DL, great against the run and has some nice pass rushing skills, I've recently seen a mock where he falls to the 3rd, which is mind blowing IMO, with whatever pick we get from Jimmy ( assuming a 2nd ) if he's on the board I'm taking this kid.

2 comps I've seen are Cam Jordan and Jerry Tillery

Thoughts ??

He would definitely be a candidate for BPA i think he's worth a top 15-20 pick. I have a hard time believing he will fall to the 2nd round

Me too, every game I watched of A&M he showed out, was a wrecking ball whether lined up inside or outside, he's exactly the type of player that Ryans can utilize his strengths and dominance on this line, imagine Bosa, Kinlaw, AA, Leal ! That's tough in my mind !
I would approve, I always lose my mind when these guys enter the draft process and put themselves into a situation where they can have police contact... but the NFL has changed its mind on weed stuff and with it legal in so many states they have to let go of these situations, still a forehead slap for me, stay indoors if you're going to smoke.

No doubt he would help us, like you said, DJJ and Key are gone, we will put more effort to keep Laken and keep the left side of the OL intact.
Even though it's very little you still gotta be smarter about your weed. But I don't think it's s big problem especially in California and if he falls to us somehow that's a solid steal.

Was it Indica or Sativa? Indica = coach potatoe, Sativa = stoner

Watch him be the puck now, DJ is gone, bring him in and it's a great replacement !

I haven't had time to watch any film, but I just looked at his draft profile. 283 lbs?! That's definitely not an interior DL in this scheme. One overarching takeaway about our DL in the wide 9 that we discussed in the Kocurek thread is the need for the interior DL to not only be explosive but big and strong, which is likely why they fell in love with Kinlaw. Our smaller interior DL like Street and Givens were getting absolutely manhandled throughout the season. Offenses attack the wide 9 with a barrage of runs that double both the 2i and 3t, so those two guys are under constant stress to defeat/take on double teams. We need more even beef inside now that DJJ is gone.
