I don't see the Niners making more than 6 picks in this draft

S x1, OL x1, DE x1, WR x2 are needs. That's 4 maybe 5. A developmental QB? Another CB? That's 6. I think they'll be moving up for quality not quantity. What say you? What's your guess?

Well, I shall be most disappointed if they only take 1 OL and puzzled if they take 2 receivers.

100% Lynch makes draft day trades. I am expecting him to package 2nd and 3rd to move up fron 61.
Adding to your list, they also need depth at
CB, TE, DT, OT,
I think they make mire than 6 picks.

Needs as we sit here today.
NEEDS
OL × 3 (1 G, 1C/G are MUSTS I'll add OT because we don't know what will happen with Mcglinchey next year. Will we want him back?
S x 1 (outside of Ward we have ???)
CB x 1 ( need a slot corner to replace Williams)
RB x 1 ( Need a pass catching back and a backup that can at the very least split time with Deebo if Mitchell goes down)
Next priority
S x 1 need depth behind Ward and rook if we select rook high. If we resign Tartt or sign a vet this 2nd S isn't needed.
OT x Mcglinchey may be gone next
LB x Shaair and Greenlaw are FAs. Can't pay big money to 2 LBs.
DT x not much behind Kinlaw and Armstead now that Jones is gone.
WR x We used 3 WR sets more than any other set last year. I expect it to continue even more so wit Lance. While I'm fine with Jennings and McCloud as our 3/4 I wouldn't be mad at a WR with upside.
I don't think we need more bodies at ER. I wouldn't mind seeing a TE. If we do draft a "developmental " QB I want Dustin Crum as our 3rd QB.

I tend to agree...Lynch will use some picks to move up and get a player or two. This draft is more about quality than quantity. I can see possibly 2 OL, CB, S, TE, WR. Seems they take a DL/PR just about every draft, but we'll see. After signing Ridgeway, Hyder & Willis plus the return of Kinlaw, DL's in great shape. I'm thinking an UDFA QB to develop. Could surprise and take a RB, but likely will be UDFA.

How many do you want? We have Ray Ray McCloud and Travis Benjamin, and a couple of assorted others. The line, on the other hand, needs some serious work to protect an inexperienced quarterback. I wouldn't be surprised if we use a mid to late pick on receivers and maybe pick up a couple of UDFAs, but the line has the priority.
I hear that the draft, whilst unimpressive at the top, is considered solid in the middle which makes me doubt there being much of a demand for moving up, unless of course a particular prospect drops.

Ray Ray is projected to have a role in passing game as well. But we can't be 100% sold on him since it will be he first real shot at getting some decent reps at WR.
So I expect us to sign another vet WR on the cheap that can step in if one of our guys has to miss time. As far as drafting, more than one would be surprising. Unless we decide not trade down and draft a couple 6th/7th round guys that will compete for that 6th spot.

We don't have Benjamin and don't have an assortment of others. Deebo/BA/Ray Ray are the only guys signed right now. Jennings hasn't signed his tender (he will). You need at least 6 or so guys.
I mean I expect at least one WR in this draft.
as far as the OL goes, I expect them to grab a IOL possibly a future center. They have banks/moore as young guys…I think kyle was pretty serious with our last draft being a red shirt year for a lot of our draft class & now we will expect much more of them.

I tend to feel the same way about the OL. I know we all feel like IOL is a huge priority, but aside from C I'm not so sure it is. Banks, Moore, McKvitiz, Brendel, Brunsklill, Skule. And I called out C but I don't know, is Brendel any good? Maybe he is being groomed to take over? That's some starters and some depth right there in that group pretty much at all positions on the OL. I do accept the OT need depending on what they think about McGlinchy. Could it be upgraded? Probably, but I'm not panicking.
However, we do need 6 Wrs. I can't recall us ever carrying 5 but that seems really thin considering Deebo and Aiyuk are good to miss at least a game or 3 each from past history. We've got 4 at the moment counting Ray Ray unless I'm forgetting someone. And it gets pretty sketchy if Deebo goes down even with our all world TE. Of course this opinion is rather biased towards my draft crush Watson, but I want someone to push both Aiyuk and Jennings. What if the Niners decide they can't or don't want to pay Aiyuk? We can't pay everyone. I continue to say WR is a top 2 need.
Edit~just saw Brendel is 29 so yeah C back on this top of the list
