Well I think u can get Baker for less capital and he is younger.

And doesn't win in spite of having talent around him. Id take Jimmy and get a QB to develop.

The thing with Baker is alot of his bad play is going to be blamed a bit for the horribly run Browns franchise. No matter who he had it was still the Browns. Teams may think he is better than he showed with that franchise.
