I am intrigued by this Andre Carter II, who I find is unrelated to original Andre Carter, still intrigued tho

Hes a ways away from being a viable NFL player, imo. Felix Anudike-Uzomah is a potential trade up target who I think can be productive much earlier in his career. Reminds me Josh Sweat.

Where we stand, it's going to be very hard to get an edge rusher. I've got Will Anderson, Tyree Wilson, Myles Murphy, Lukas Van Ness and BJ Ojulari all going in the first round. Nolan Smith late 1 early 2, Keion White, Tuli Tuipulotu and Will McDonald early second. Felix in the late 2nd Drake Jackson range, Zach Harrison and Isaiah Foskey early 3. That leaves guys like Byron Young, Dylan Horton, Ochuan Mathis, KJ Henry, Villami Fehoko etc...not exactly sure fire day one contributers

Not realistic to expect that. Talent is there though, just will need to be patient. I hope we resign Willis (2 years), then can draft a guy with one of our 3rds and another in the 5th to develop.

Call me crazy, but I think we can get something out of Ferrell. I think Jackson will give us good snaps as well. If Willis is back, then we should be okay with bringing in two guys to develop. I'm only expecting big contributions from a TE, FS, and possibly a RT. Everyone else is going to be developmental with maybe a surprise or 2. Which is fine by me. Just take talented players, at positions of need, in places in the draft that make sense. I'm okay with that as long as said players are good enough to see the field in year 1.

Interesting how a few guys I was looking at edge aren't just moving up into the second round, but are top 50 and in some cases top 25 picks now. Friday is going to be an interesting day for the draft in terms of us moving up or just seeing who falls to 99.
Terrell Smith sounds pretty interesting. Anyone watch or study him? Would he be available in the 5th?
I was wondering what your guys thoughts were on Wanya Morris of Oklahoma. He may take a year to refine some things, but he also seems to have the athletic profile of a pick that's higher (round1- 2) than where he's projected to go ( 3 - 5).

Sounds like Ebukam. Great athlete that was drafted on day 3. Really would like to add a DE with that profile that Coach K can work with for 4 years.

In the draft, there's always 100 guys who are in the top 50 or 25.

Ive said that before and you are right lol. I remember last year a few people were convinced that Christian Watson would be drafted in the late first.
Who's got the Northern Michigan tape lol

I'm also reading 33-1/2 or 34" arms, 7.44 3C (92%ile) and 4.62 Shuttle (81%ile). Wish that was a 4.47

Project player in the late round or UDFA started out a Michigan as a RB and made a position switch to LB and transferred to Michigan State.

Dane just tweeted about him, which means he's definitely on NFL radar
Pretty decent jumps today for Zach Harrison. Agilities not great, but not bad. Didn't run.
YaYa Diaby And Tuli Tuipulotu are two DL that intrigue me.

I've heard Deshaun Johnson is a prospect that's got great potential just needs a great coach and to be utilized correctly.

Sorry auto correct changed it to Desjuan. But he's real and the 49ers met with him. The guys on Bootleg Football were raving about him.
