In the 5th rd sure. Not my favorite safety good value though.

We all know what happens if they take him in the 5th.

Yeah, people continually say that he basically went in the 6th round as some sort of stupid shot at him and he is too slow and unathletic to play safety

The thing about these annual drafts is that you can find someone BETTER than the last "best thing since sliced bread". Is there someone who can do it better than Deebo?
Is that the guy who puts us over the hump to win a Super Bowl? What do we need to win the Super Bowl? Do we already have it? Has it been the coaching in the last two SB losses? I know when I watch the draft, I look for draftees who will make a difference. Now, so does the front office. But, I'm looking at the corners that have been drafted by the 9ers and I don't see much of a show stopper. Safety is a big concern also. I see that the Oline has been given serious attention in the last two-three drafts. So, while this SB window is still open, let's put this together with some guys who can stop the show and help bring a ring

After six years of this regime fans should know Lynch and Shanahan won't pick any of the players the fanbase wants.
