That's a big effin dude. But yes he was. Not sure he would've fit what we do. With that said, I think you need more of a Von Miller/Dee Ford type to beat Jones, not a technician like Bosa, crazy as it seems.

Ya. Where as Bosa is definitely one on the more well rounded edge rushers in the league - strength, bend, technique, speed, explosion - his bread and butter is still his strength and counters built off of that. Not the most effective vs a giant human that you simply can't push through, and who is too big/long to get around without the advantage of the first step.

He definitely would have been a fit for us tho; this is not a zues Brown / Trent brown type of player, and our run scheme has evolved since Trent Brown anyway.

What I really don't understand is why Wilks couldn't see what we saw; he refused to move Bosa around, and near completely nullified him.

Imagine a future with Dawand Jones and say, Brandon Aubrey instead of Colton McKivitz and Jake Moody
