Tucker Kraft TE South Dakota State

Tucker Kraft is the first of several players I want to highlight in the next several weeks. He has good size, he's great after the catch, his blocking is inconsistent but he's shown he will get after it like Jennings, and ultimately I think he fits Kyle's offense perfectly. I have no idea if he'll be available with our first pick but I think it's important to get another TE who can make plays.

This is one of the best TE classes I've ever seen.

Much like Kittle.
Happy with that.
Me like. Unfortunately not sure he makes it to us

Agreed, the Niners are likely going to have to move up a bit to get him.
I'm all for moving up for this dude.
My favorite TE by far in this class. Hopefully the depth of TEs this year pushes him down. Entirely onboard with trading up for him.
Most don't seem to notice, but Tucker needs a lot more work than most of the tight ends in this class. He's not a good route runner (and they're not just bad, the route running is horrific) and the concern is that he got by too much on physical traits against low level competition.

Potential is there, but IMO this is a raw project player and I'm not sure I can even put him among the top 10 tight ends in this class.

Too much of: he can kind of catch, he can kind of block, he plays at South Dakota State..... Dallas Goedert!
