Well word was that the Titans wanted to trade up to #3 if the Texans passed on QB at #2. With Houston taking QB at #2 it eliminates the competition of trading up to #3 for the Texans and it becomes easier and probably cheaper to trade back up to #3 especially when Arizona was desperate to get out of #3.

I like the move for a team who is a defensive-end pass-rusher away but I don't think that's the Texans.
