....well,...one day, we've gotta see him play.
You can't really predict a guy never having a real opportunity to play after 2 years on the roster and if you did, you certainly wouldn't draft him in the 1st round.
But when is hindsight not 20/20?
Regardless of what, we can't judge Lance until he has some extended time on the field,...and that's whether he's here or somewhere else.
he was handed the starting position. he got hurt. stop claiming he didnt get any real opportunities.
He didn't have a real opportunity to get extended playing time in 2022
due to injury.
Therefore, we cant grade his ability as an NFL player. Maybe he's a bust,...maybe he's a solid player. His career's not over just yet.
Stop pretending like this isin't true because it 100% is.

As an aside....I think it's a complete waste of time to continually harp on injuries with a sport like NFL football that you
choose to follow.
If a guy gets drafted 1st overall,....severely hurts his back to where he's never any good again before he ever touches the field,...that's not a "bust" of a pick. That's just an unfortunate event that is part of the reality when it comes to following a sport like this.
Busts are guys that actually play and show that yes, they were certainly not only picked too high, but maybe shouldn'tve been picked by anybody at all.
What we get a surplus of here (IMO) is harping on these same issues as if they're magically just going to go away by harping on them. No. They're just a part of the sport. They're always table tennis.
