They were shaky pass pro last year regardless of the dumb pff stats due to shannys 2-second pass game. All four qbs got injured, 3 behind the line of scrimmage.

That starting RT was dropped because he wasn't good. McKivitz graded higher in pass protection and and run blocking. Burford was better than Brunskill last year too.

If he comes back with a year like 2021, then we are in the clear. but he's got some health issues so we can't count on him.

That's why we need competition.

Hoping our background guys come through too. But again, if they were killing it in practice, they would be out there already.

Competition is the best for the franchise at positions of need.

Everyone prioritizes this except our front office who draft based on personal whim (my guess is not passed around the room for feedback), hunches, and the mystic intuition.

Voorhees would be a good pick to stash on IR and there's such a limited amount of roster spots available.
