Interesting to see HOU moved from 12 to 3.. which was our move on TL

I'm gonna have to dock HOU a bit as much as I like Stroud / Anderson, they surrendered their #1 pick in 2024, and they suck, that could be #1 overall going to Arizona
but I guess Arizona would have had Will Anderson if they stood at #3.. not sure what to think here..

Horrible trade by Houston, gave up too much with that 2024 #1
Great trade for AZ

agreed

It just all depends how the players shake out. We assume every 1st rd draft pick isn't a bust but in reality over half arent worth where they are drafted. They had four 1st round picks in 2023 and 2024 right? If they end of with Stroud, Anderson and one of their 2024 picks and Stround/Anderson turn out to be cornerstone pieces then the trade was well worth it. The chances are slim hitting on all 4 of their original picks. You can go back and take any teams previous 4 first round picks and you'd be hard pressed to see a team hit on all of them.

I like the trade.

I agree with this and possibly trading back for future draft picks.

I would love it if they could get back into the top half of the 2nd round. Man oh man I would love to get Joey Porter Jr., Brian Branch, DJ Turner, Kelee Ringo and Cam Smith.

Morris, Schoonmaker, and McGuire would be incredible. Also safeties like Brown and Robinson or corners like Jones, Moss, or Bennett. A lot can be done with those picks.

Or trading back from one of the thirds to get a couple picks in that 102-155 range. I really don't like that gap.

I really hate the thought that some team will be getting Levis on the cheap. Wondering about a scenario where we trade into the 2nd round to grab him? I know it sounds crazy but some experts had this guy going #1 overall. I see visions of Rodgers and even Metcalf.

Please stop. Where other than his arm do you see a franchise qb in him? Add the fact the ridiculousness of you suggesting this team take another qb. You really believe what the experts say? Levis hasn't showed s**t his whole time at Kentucky to be worthy of being taken 1st overall so those "experts" must've attended Kentucky or been family and friends spreading fake news.

Oh, I'm sorry all knowing one. I didn't realize how uninformed I am and should've reached out to you first. Do I believe what the experts say? I believe that's the definition of the word "expert". When I see a player of his potential that slides for some reason, I absolutely start thinking about it. I could argue he's no different than Josh Allen when he came out.

Yet TEAMS thought Allen was a 1st round talent and they see Levis as not one. You're definitely uninformed when you're seriously thinking that this team should trade up for another damn qb and Will freaking Levis of them all

Baker Mayfield is barely above average and I don't know why but it seems like this bicep kissing mayo/coffee consuming social media drama king might be the equivalence of Baker's left nut. That's about it

Well yeah they had multiple 1st rd picks (both top 10) I would expect that

Patriots and Cardinals also had a great day

What's so great about wha tthe Pats and Cards did? The Pats got a good DB and the Cards got an OT for Ohio State. That's fine but I don't see anything special about what they did. One pick ech and neither one is likely to make a big impact right away.

Philly getting 2 guys from Georgia is just plain crazy. They probably couldn't believe it when Nolan Smith fell to them. The Seahawks look good on paper but Njiba was hurt in 2022 and only played 3 games. Like any wide receiver, they often are injury prone and complete diva's.
I wish they has some way to block out the noise from the band. It was great for the people in attendance but trying to listen to the commentators with that constant noise was annoying. ESPN was a little better but I don't like the commentators they have.
Looks like the Niners won't be involved until sometime after 7:00 tonight. Maybe 7:30 unless they make a move and trade up. That's okay since the Warriors are playing at 5:00.

The Cardinals own the first round pick from the Texans next year who will be starting a rookie QB with a rookie head coach. The Patriots traded back and still landed the top CB in the draft. Yes the teams who had 2 1sts round picks had good drafts. That's usually how it goes.

I hear ya. I thought they were great picks at the time.....especially Foster.
Commanders taking Forbes over Gonzalez is such a Washington move it's clear that new ownership won't change this franchise.

it was bizarre, what's weird is I really like Forbes, he can flat ball, but the size makes me question if he is any more than a nickel back, what are your thoughts?
