Yes... and he's real good too.

Frank Gore Jr would be a nice returner as well.

Here I thought he was still at Colorado, I wasn't sure if I was looking at the same one. lol

Yah, the 49ers won't be able to get their hands on either of the sons. I would absolutely love Frank Gore Jr., I think he's much faster than his dad, they both are.

I don't know about Rice but Gore will be a mid to late round pick most likely. They could get him if they wanted.
He's lucky he got his mom's looks
He seems improved. But he's a more mature player now. Also on a much better team. It's all that.

Haha I hope you're kidding because his face looks exactly like his father's.

Yeah, right now Rice is seen as a day three pick, so not sure why they couldn't get him if they determined they wanted him.

  • Made Bruce Feldman's Freaks List at #53. He said, "...the biggest Freak of the bunch is the one with the heftiest football bloodlines, Brenden Rice, son of the greatest receiver ever, Jerry Rice. The younger Rice, who had 39 catches for 611 yards (15.7-yard average) and four touchdowns in 2022, is 6-3, 215 pounds and hit 23 MPH on the GPS and had an impressive 1.43 10-yard split. This offseason, Rice also vertical-jumped 38 inches, did 17 reps of 225 on the bench and squatted 525 for three reps."

damn 23 mph is booking.....

If he tests like that then he will be a day one or two pick

You can't help but to want. I wanted a receiver anyway. I wasn't thinking anywhere near that high and if we don't see Danny Gray show anything, I'd be open to it- only if he's available in the 2nd. We're going to need a 3rd receiver and although we are 2 years from this being a true need (we have Jauan Jennings until 2025), why not?

With 12 draft picks, this is just TOO tempting to pass up. It also gives us some options going forward with eitther of our top two receivers- just in case.

Yeah right now, every prospect that isn't considered a top 10 pick is seen as a day 3 pick. But that's why there's the Senior Bowl, Combine and Pro Days, everyone has a chance to raise their stock, projections are pointless right now.
