Depending on how our salary cap situation works out, Niners may need another EDGE rusher to bookend Bosa. Kid is leading sacker of all Power 5 schools. Plays in a wide 9 system and comes with a big arsenal of moves. Ellis has ten sacks this season and seven of them came in the last five weeks. He is playing dominant football when it comes to rushing the passer.

We definitely will. Chase Young will not be here. And I am going to assume Randy Gregory won't, but even if he is, a 3rd man is still probably needed sad to say. I'd like to count on Drake Jackson, but I can't even see him consistently playing or even being consistently active going forward. And it would be silly to count on him. Only problem is, there are some needs that cannot be ignored anymore. We've got to get another CB, whether they play outside, slot, or both. I think the first round pick is a lock to be a tackle. We have two third rounders left- one of which I'd like used on a guard and another on either a run stuffing DT that can provide some pass rush, or there is the possibility of drafting an edge rusher here. Honestly, I don't need a superstar. A Charles Omenihu and Ebukam level player would be better than what we have in Jackson right now.

P.S. I totally forgot about Robert Beal. We haven't seen him play, but he was a pick I was excited about. I am looking forward to him being in the mix next year.

Really intriguing edge prospect with NFL bloodlines. He's the son of former NFL DT Luther Elliss and has three brothers that are currently playing in the NFL. Tremendous quickness off the snap, a strong motor, really relentless out on the field and a spin move that would make Tully Banta Cain envious. Smaller guy that I think would fit well in a Wide 9 with his speed and quickness off the line. Good dude by all accounts, a coaches dream player, that someone like Bill Belichick would love to have playing for him and the kind of tweener that he's had a lot of success with. I think the 49ers could definitely find a spot for a guy like this.

Not a sack. But look at the get-off by Jonah Elliss (top end of LOS). He is out of his stance and into his rush before even some of the o-linemen.
