Should the Niners draft a QB next year?

Chubb Purdy lats pick
Chubba Purdy, Nebraska's QB, right now is playing vs. Iowa. Just turned on the game and it's 10-10 in the 4th.

They definitely should. Now I wouldn't consider it high priority, but as we get closer to Brock having a huge contract (after the 2024 season), we're going to need more quality players on rookie deals. I am happy with Darnold for now however, so the QB would be strictly developmental.

Don't disagree but I don't see Sam staying beyond this year. He wants to be a starter, surely?

Who is going to start Sam Darnold? He's a career backup now.

There is always someone willing to give them a try. Darnold is a bit pricey as well.

Can't be worse than Feliciano. He should stay on the left. Wasn't great against the Seahawks
Roll the dice on a QB every year on the 3d day. Especially with as many draft picks as we've had
