Roger Rosengarten-OT-Washington

I think they were both over drafted. Better IOL drafted after Banks. Rosengarten should be there at our 2nd pick. We shouldn't pick him up at 31

OT to G and G drafted top 10? Gross

Yup gross….they've spent how much cash on those guys and have done what? Could have had Joel Bitonio in the second or gabe Jackson in the 3rd back in 2014.

They had to move Martin to RT at one point & he was damn good. Bunch of Dallas idiots should have kept him there.

Instead of drafting Nelson they could have taken Josh Allen lol. Good thing they got their LG position figured out lol. Only cost $100M and a top 6 pick

Good players…don't play premium positions and it hasn't made their teams exponentially better…and cost them a TON.

LIke Zach Martin and Quentin Nelson. And regardless of what you think of McGlinchey and Banks, they are NFL starters at their respective positions.

As is mckivitz and Burford

And this regime didn't draft Martin and Nelson as I noted

Then if anything, the question is on who we draft at OL as opposed to the school itself. Maybe something is up with our evaluation process given our ability to hit almost everywhere with the draft/UDFA. We've hit at QB, RB, WR, TE, CB, S, LB, DE, DT, and even punter.

What about the post was triggered? Just explain how I feel about that s**t.
This guy is starting to grow on me but I still don't think he's a first round prospect. I wouldn't take him at 31 but wouldn't be upset if we traded back and took him.
"His high school coach was Ed McCaffrey, who installed the Shanahan offensive system. And he's currently working out with former 49ers offensive tackle Joe Staley, who played for Kyle Shanahan."

🧐🧐
I didn't want to comp him to Joe. He's not Joe but they do have some similarities along with some of the deficiencies.

I'm not using a 1st on him at all…second rd pick seems to be the sweet spot. Possibly move up a couple picks if we miss on one of the top OTs in the 1st.

🧐🧐

These things make me believe he's got a good chance at being the pick. And yes we'd reach for him in the first like they reach for prospects in every draft

One of the few gripes I have about this regime. But this is a massive draft, so they cannot afford to piss away valuable draft picks

I too would prefer him in the 2nd. HOWEVER, if Mims, Kingsley Suamataia, Mitchell and Kool-aid are off the board and our options are the IOL, DL, Rakestraw, Guyton, Morgan I would strongly consider Rosengarten. Would likely be between he and McConkey for me

From the mid 30's to the mid 90's there is a ton of talent. If no one falls to 31 I want a small trade back and get another pick in that range. With Kyle's mentality on veteran offensive lineman I don't see anyone coming in and starting right away unless we trade up. Might as well get a tackle and interior line in the 2nd to 3rd round range and let them develop for a year. Personally I want a top outside corner with our first pick if it falls that way.I think that is the position that can come in and contribute and have the biggest impact right away.

All the lack of power and strength talk sound more like MM
