2024 Draft Class: OL

I think this is largely a byproduct of all these guys training up for these events. OLs were kind of the last holdouts when it came to doing the sort of organized pre combine training now all of these dudes are training in the same programs out in places like Texas with Duke Manyweather and other OL specialists.

An outlier year, but the athleticism is flat out enhancing with these guys. Alot has changed the last 2 years alone in this world,...let alone the 12+ years these guys have been playing and training for football.

This is moreso training for years instead of right before the combine.

Let's Not forget the Michigan lineman that got injured Zak Zinter

OT: Amarius Mims (1st), Troy Fautanu (1st), JC Latham (1st), Kiran Amegadjie (day 2), Christian Jones (day 3)
OG: Troy Fautanu (1st), Graham Barton (1st), Christian Haynes (day 2), Dominick Puni (day 3), Christian Mahogany (day 3), Trente Jones (day 3)
OC: Jackson Powers-Johnson (1st), Hunter Nourzad (day 3), Tanor Bortolini (day 2)

I like others, but these are guys I expect to have a chance to be an upgrade before the end of their rookie season

Add McCormick to the list. Dude tested off the charts and has some nastiness to his game

I think he's rated lower but I'd take him over both Guyton and Mimms. I do like Mimms though; don't see it with Guyton.

If we go OT with 1st pick, I'm good with Kingsley. If we end up waiting, Kiran Amegadjie, Blake Fisher and Christian Jones later.
For OG- I like Haynes, Mahogany and Beebe
For OC- JPJ, Frazier, Limmer

Yeah, I like Fautanu, Latham, Fuaga too. Just too far for a trade up. Even Mims, Guyton might not make it to our pick. So the ones you mentioned above, sign me up. Here I am checking out Bortolini and he's another one. I just hope that Lynch and Shany really upgrade this group.

An SEC NIL-cache can do wonders

Same

Mims is less of a project than Kingsley.

Only worry is if a guy his size with his explosiveness is just unable to ever stay healthy. There's a reason humans aren't typically built like this; they aren't meant to be

what makes you say that Adrian? I know you aren't big on Kingsley. He seems liquid smooth to my eyes and I am not worried about his run blocking which Ithink can be coached up quick with his talent. Is that what concerns you?

Yeah I was confused about that as well

Looks like we've got a shot at Mims, now!

We do?
6'7" and Purdy doesn't sound good lol. Mims is a monster, but I bet anyone we are looking at now goes way higher than people are thinking at this time.
