I have no issue with Chop at 32. none at all. dude is a good player and explosive off the edge. Havne't seen much of Soloman but dude is violent as s**t with his hands in those clips posted above.

Western Michigan ED Marshawn Kneeland had a Top 30 visit with the Kansas City Chiefs, a source said.

Kneeland also has 30s scheduled with the Saints, Bills, 49ers, Jaguars, Bucs, and Panthers.

I think after the Floyd signing, you are shifting to bigger DEs that can hold the edge. 260+

The best guys lack elite athleticism, the elite athletes lack everything else, and the depth is full of 34OLB archetypes. Really wish players like Princely and Jasheen had declared and that players like Abdul Carter were eligible.
Thankfully, it's a pretty good FA class.
Brian Burns
Danielle Hunter
Josh Allen
Chase Young
Jonathan Greenard
Zadarius Smith
Bryce Huff
Josh Uche
Leonard Floyd
Andrew Van Ginkel
Dorance Armstrong
Etc.
If I'm the Niners, I probably try to go after Smith, Floyd, or Uche. Hopefully we could afford them.
I think the rest will price themselves out.

We got my guy.

He was 3rd in the nation tackles for loss, and 25th in sacks with 8.5 this season.
For an NFL comp, I'd say he reminds me a bit of Genard Avery with the potential to be much better IMO.
We met with him! Definitely down for adding him. A TFL monster at the college level.

From an NFL scout:

6.98 3-cone for Chop Robinson at Penn State's pro day. Would've ranked No. 1 among edge rushers at the Combine.
Harold Landry vibes

No doubt. Kneeland ran a 7.02 at the combine at 267, so theres another (almost) option if that 7 second cone is important.

Umm, who the fook is this guy?!
Edit: upon further research, former 5star recruit, #1 in country according to some publications, committed to Bama. Went MIA, never played a down, transfered to Colorado to link up with a high school coach. Flamed out there, eventually moved to community College. I'd guess he's all athleticism and a ton of off field concerns. Will be an UDFA I'm sure. With that size and athleticism, I'd invite him to camp, screw it .

The fastest 40 at the combine for defensive tackles was Calijah Kancey, 281 pounds.
He ran a 4.67.
This dude is heaver and beat it by .2 seconds.
I read up on him, and apparently he was the #1 recruit in 2019.
