This is my favorite prospect I've found so far in this class.
Bullard is probably the best slot corner in the draft, but he has position flexibility to be a starting FS as well.
I really like his range and his ability to get off blocks. He plays with an attitude which fits perfectly here.
I expect he will be available with our second and possibly our 3rd rounder, but still, he needs to be a 49er.
