Bryce Foster-C-Kansas

He's a transfer from Texas A&M where he had multiple years as a starter, a massive sized center at 6'5" and 330, a champion shotputter who has the obvious size and strength but also the prerequisite athleticism to function in the Kansas offense. For his size he's good on the move, anchors well but has lapses where he gets really sloppy with his technique and will lunge unnecessarily. It'll be interesting to see how much that improves over this season. Right now I expect him to be a 3rd round pick but he could rise or fall depending on how much if any progression is seen in his game.

Foster is playing in more of a pro style offense, lots of outside zone and pounding the football on the ground along with a lot of playaction, it asks a lot of the center especially and its a great sign that Foster was able to pick it up so quickly, winning a very competitive battle with D3 standout Shane Bumgardner who is also someone that would be worth a look later on in the draft. Its an offense that will prepare him for a lot of the nuances of playing in Shanaoffense against some top college competition so he'll be a name to watch as the draft draws closer.

Sounds like a nice prospect
