2025 Draft Class: OL

At 5'10", line him up against Chris Jones in the superbowl. Jones throws a club, and because Lampkin is so short, Jones accidently hits his helmet and breaks his hand. Prosper?

Would make an interesting blocking fullback and sixth lineman for goalline and short yardage situations.

Brugler called this initially. Draft is weak with top OL talent. Membou reminds me a bit of Mike Onwenu - should be able to play OK tackle but will be a dominant guard in the NFL.

Shame he was sick this week
No OL at #11 unless for sure BPA. If want an OL trade back 4-10 spots and grab Simmons/Membou and get an additional 2nd/3rd for the trouble.

Personally I'd trade back and grab Walter Nolan DL in the late teens. And then double up on DL at #43 with Harmon

I would like one IDL and EDGE with 2 of our first 3 picks.
Josh Simmons sounds very intriguing. Probably the most talented out of the group but the injury needs to be evaluated by team doctors

Nope, no more injury guys. It pretty much never works out for this team.

People that get paid to do Mock Drafts like Daniel Jeremiah really don't do their research. I don't see in any way how the 49ers select an Offensive Tackle at #11 and I don't see it in a trade down either. 49ers defense was atrocious last season, sure it had a lot to do with Nick Sorensen but the D-line is a mess. Not to mention Talanoa Hufanga and Charvarius Ward are set to become free agents. BPA+Need = Defense all day in the 1st round for the 49ers. Bucky Brooks had the 49ers selecting Will Johnson CB Michigan, now I could get behind that!!!!

torn patellar tendon is no joke. I believe that's what richburg had and he basically had to retire.

Mocks at this time of year are trash. We start to see better mocks post-free agency because a) team needs are more evident and b) more intel is available due to combines, pro days, etc.

Right now, mocks are just to scratch the itch of the offseason void.

Johnson is one of the guys they should sprint the pick to the podium if available.

Definitely not early in the draft that's for sure.

We need to nail this draft. I like that the team went with more proven players last season. Considering how that draft class looks(and hopefully they keep getting even better with time) that we stick to that type of script.

So no injury plagued players and guys who have played well for a couple of seasons minimum.

Yeah I want us to address the trenches in a big way but if Johnson is there I'd love the pick. Good depth where we can get legit players on OL/DL in round 2 and beyond.

Getting a secondary with Johnson/Green/Lenoir can not only lead to more coverage sacks but allow Saleh to get more aggressive knowing the corners can lock things down.

In a perfect world Graham falls to 11 but Johnson is way to good to pass on otherwise.

Between Graham and Johnson, who is the more elite talent? I'd be thrilled with either but i know we have a bigger hole in the D Line. But dam, adding Johnson to Lenoir and Green seems so dam tempting. Our DBs would be a real strength!
