Cam Skattebo-RB-ASU

Just watch him today vs Iowa State. That's all. He's been absolute unit all season long, amazing at picking up yards after contact.

Bro stop they're dead already.

Patient runner, excellent burst, nice contact balance.

Edit: Natural pass catcher.

Pretty good as a pass catching RB as well
Always falling forward, getting low and running through contact, reminds me of a certain former 49ers RB.

Throw in his ability as a route runner and hands and there's no way he won't be on Kyle's radar, especially if they're skeptical on how well McCaffrey will be able to return.

As much as I would love to see this kid as a 49er, they need to take O-line within the first three picks.

Yes, they have painted themselves into a corner by not prioritizing O-line the last 4 years....now the bill is due.
I am curious to see what he weighs in at.

Don't hate me for this comment.. But I think he looks like a fullback hybrid. Speed isn't everything but I wonder how well he can block?

ASU has him at around 225. I wonder if that's accurate, he does have one of those thick all over kind of body types.

I would like Jeanty if we have to replace CMC. But I guess I would prefer an O line!

I agree. The fans always like the play makers but then they always complain about the lack of O and D line players. You can't draft everyone that's good.

Depends on the player and where you can draft them I guess. I think first round they need to go DL or OL and there should be plenty of talent available for either one, although this is an especially strong DT class.

In the 2nd round I think they still should go DL or OL but if someone drops or you have the opportunity to acquire an impact player like Skattebo in the 2nd or 3rd then you have to seriously consider it.

I was thinking the same. I'd want him as a juice replacement and occasional rb.

Then you must think that Mason should play FB because Cam is a better athlete then Mason

A ton just depends on the team that drafted him and how they want to use him

as far as current RBs, I'd compare him to James Conner
