Hell of a rep by Green. Little overblown from Connerly perspective, imo

Poor Conerly on a right tackle stance there too. He hasn't played on that side (foot work and anchor is different) and you get Mike Green? Ouch.

He had a bad rep there but mostly he's been very strong.
This rep is a great example of the importance of body control for OL. Josh Conerly loses the rep initially, regathers, and re-establishes his base pic.twitter.com/feq48TZQjO

Jeffrey Bassa makes the play here, but watch #Oregon LT Josh Conerly Jr. (#55) showing his explosiveness off the ball to get a backside reach block on Yahya Black. Textbook! pic.twitter.com/RddTihBkaz

#Oregon OT Josh Conerly with a nice rep against Jah Joyner. Stymied the initial rush and anchors nicely. #SeniorBowl pic.twitter.com/j9YRjbuDhy

For me; nope. I think there will be better players available than him. Personally; there isn't an OT in this draft worth #11 except Simmons but his injury prevents me from going with him that early.

A lot of folks screaming oline in the 1st about to be highly upset calling for Kyle's and John's head

No. Only OL I would feel comfortable taking at 11 is Campbell.

Still a win for Conerly as Mike falls to the ground - that's two seconds he doesn't have anymore to get to the QB :P

If Trent is here for a couple more years, no. If he's the pick, I'm good knowing that we solidified the group.

Dont reach for an OL need in a bad draft...all the elite OL came out last year. This crop has depth for average players though
Easy to grab a decent OL in rounds 3 onward
The cream of this draft crop is DL. Plenty of first round talent at DL will be there for our picks at 11 and 43
Plenty of good talent at all positions in the top 50-60 range
If our top target is gone at 11 we can make out like bandits trading down and getting extra 2nd rounders

I agree with you. But I still have a feeling that he will be the Niners pick at 11.

I don't think they draft a OL with their first two picks unless Trent shocks everyone and retires.

I agree. We can grab bonified starters if we lean into the strength of the draft- defense. We can still land a capable starting guard in the 3rd, especially with us drafting so high. It's the center position that scares me though.
