Darius Alexander-DT-Toledo

Under the radar, small school guy that is very much on the radar now and will be appearing at the Senior Bowl. Versatile, explosive pass rusher that eats up blockers and is outstanding with his hand usage. Stout against the run and a very consistent tackler, he impresses me more than some higher rated, bigger school prospects.

This will be a guy to follow for sure. Probably mid to late 3rd right now, could move up considerably with a good offseason showing that he can hang with upper level competition. Comes out of the same program as Eagles star rookie CB Quinyon Mitchell.

If they are going to cut ties with Hargrave, this is a potential replacement.

Great 49ers gift ideas
Look at this 300+ LB DT hauling ass.

Definitely one to follow at the Senior Bowl, He's so quick and violent with his hands, he gets on guys fast and then is just tossing them by the wayside. Ideal 3T for what Saleh likes to do.
Dude is out there whooping ass wholesale at the Senior Bowl.

God dammit, I'm sold.

He reminds me quite a lot of Chris Jones, just a big guy that's an easy mover, has a variety of pass rush moves, strong motor, can move him around the DL and he simply makes things happen. Guy should have been playing in the SEC somewhere instead of Toledo.

To my eyes he had a better week than Walter Nolen. I'm not confident that he makes it to our second; that's how good he was

I want him at #75.

He won't be there. Take him at 43

I'm not sure he will be there at 43 either after the week he just had. Although I did read he wasn't as dominant in the game as he was in practice.

43 is fine too. Get another big DL at #75 then that falls.

He'll be there at 43 in all likelihood unless he blows the combine away.

DT class loaded with talent so that alone could drop him. Could also lead to DTs dropping in general with teams thinking they can get a solid player later…then again could also see big DT runs as teams look to grab their top ones before the run gets too bad.

I was hoping we could get him on day 3 but now round 3 is a big question.
