37 starts in three seasons and only 4.5 sacks, 1.5 sacks each season. Dear god no.

This is my problem. How do you take Stewart with that little production? I would rather take Mykel Williams who performed and is only 20, or Mike Green if they go Edge. That entire A&M line underperformed despite the fact that all four are going to be drafted.

Yah I don't want to draft for speed and athleticism, is he productive that's who I want in the 1st round.

The last time we took someone with little production, high ceiling was Trey, how did that turn out for us? #11 should be the best OT or DT available, my preference is DT, defense wins championships!

My man!!!
My board and pick:
Mason Graham (likely gone)
Armand Membou (likely gone)
Walter Nolen (who I would pick. Looks like Chris Jones)
Kenneth Grant (1B if Nolen somehow goes)

Who the 49ers will probably pick:
Shemar Stewart (bust)
Tetairoa McMillan (could be great but fanbase will freak out since its not trenches)
Mykell Williams (bust, in my honest opinion)

Walter. Nolan is not close to Chris jones. Walter Nolan worse character in the first round. I like his ceiling but he's turning in to a boy scout now that draft is near.

Chris Jones is always always going to the ball or QB, Nolen gets washed out and loses track of the ball from what I have seen. Still he is a good player, don't know about character

There is no Chris Jones in this deep DT class. But there's still some damn good DT's!!!

My top 4 has changed due to the recent free agent signings.

1. Mason Graham
2. Will Campbell
3. Will Johnson
4. Walter Nolen

I'm with you on the top 3 but replace Nolen with Jalon Walker just because of the stuff about Nolan's character. (Which may not even be true
but just incase)

1. Mason Graham
2. Will Campbell
3. Will Johnson
4. Jalon Walker

But, I'm kindof leaning toward a trade especially with Houston. They can get Campbell to replace Tunsill, we get 25, 58 and a 2026 2nd and take Gray Zabel to play center at 25 and a guard at 2.43 like Jonah Savaiinaea and have a dominant interior Oline for the next 10 years and run the ball 40 times a game.

1.25- Gray Zabel, C- North Dakota St
2.43- Jonah Savaiinaea, G/T- Arizona
2.58- Cameron Skattebo, RB- Arizona St
3.75- Jared Ivey, DE- Ole Miss
3.100- Chris Paul, LB- Ole Miss

LT- Trent Williams
LG- Jonah Savaiinaea
C- Gray Zabel
RG- Dominic Puni
RT- Colton McKivitiz
TE- George Kittle
TE- Luke Farrell

QB- Brock Purdy
RB- Christian McCaffrey
RB- Cam Skattebo
RB- Isaac Guerendo
RB- Jordan Mason

WR- Brandon Aiyuk
WR- Ricky Pearsall
WR- Jauan Jennings
WR- Demarcus Robinson

F&ck the defense :)

Lots of good players, so trade down if a good deal is offered. Draft is deep but not many obvious stars at #11

Maybe, but although the draft is deep in some areas. Most analysts only have about 14 first round grades this year. So we could trade out of one.

Wait, I thought you don't want a 245 pound DE?

My "big board":

1) Trade down - Cowboys (RB/WR), Colts (TE/S), Broncos (WR), Chargers (WR/TE) would be great trade down candidates. The first two may yield some early day 3 picks while DEN and LAC would net us an additional 2nd round selection.

2) Walter Nolen - DT

3) Kelvin Banks JR. - T/G

4) Will Johnson - CB

5) Mike Green - EDGE (assuming off-field issues are addressed)

6) Derrick Harmon - DT

7) Gray Zabel - G/C

Too many are approaching this draft with the mindset of "how do I make this team as competitive as possible, THIS year?" Unless we quite literally hit on every single pick, which is next to impossible, I think being a true contender this year is a ship that has sailed. We will pick someone at 11 who most improves this team in 2026 and beyond. Ideas of "we already at least have bodies on the OL and nothing on the DL" does not mean we should take an inferior prospect just because there's a bigger hole. We have holes everywhere, and where we don't have a hole, we have an aging player. We should prioritize the trenches, because that's where team building/rebuilding starts, but then just focus on getting the best players, regardless of offense vs defense and regardless of who is and isn't currently on the roster

Also, shemar stewart. That is all.

So I see in a lot of post you really like Stewart. Did you feel this way pre combine? I'm asking because prospects like him frustrate the f**k out of me. They have EVERYTHING you want. The size, speed, length, literally athletic metrics off the charts , but the production has never been there. You know these are the guys that if the light bulb goes off then they will become stars of their craft. With us really needing to hit this pick at 11 though, I find his concerning lack of production too much of a risk for me that high in the draft and considering the current state of our dline.
Given the number of holes to fill, I'm hoping the 49ers trade back, stockpile another early pick and then grab Kenneth Grant and Grey Zabel. Two needs immediately filled with guys who would start from day one.

Would be hard to be upset by that. Lynch doesnt have much history trading back does he?
