FOX Sports Jordan Schultz reports that "Washington State WR Kyle Williams visited the Patriots this week and has at least five more team visits scheduled."

Williams is rising up draft boards after running a 4.40-second 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine. Williams caught 70-of-101 targets for 1,196 yards and 14 touchdowns and rushed nine times for 57 yards last season. Among the 40 Power Five wide receivers to earn at least 90 targets, his 2.71 yards per route run ranks fifth, and his 8.4 yards after the catch average ranks No. 1 overall. The speedy post-catch producer has a real chance to go on Day 2 of the 2025 NFL draft.

We'll see about that
The New England Patriots keep adding to their list of pre-draft visits. The latest reported prospect to visit Gillette Stadium is Washington State wide receiver Kyle Williams, who was in town earlier this week per a report from FOX Sports' Jordan Schultz.

Williams, 22, started his college career at UNLV, where he appeared in 25 games and caught 117 passes for 1,568 yards and 9 touchdowns. He transferred to Washington State ahead of the 2023 season, and picked up right where he left off.

He had a 61-842-6 campaign in his first year with the Cougars and followed it up with a career season. In 2024, Williams was on the receiving end of 70 passes that he took for 1,196 yards and 14 TDs.

Even though his overall testing numbers are comparatively pedestrian — he posted a 6.25 Relative Athletic Score at the Scouting Combine — he has shown he can be a productive player. The 5-foot-11, 190-pound also has some attributes to work with, with his 4.40-second speed and ability to line up both inside and outside potential assets to his next-level team.

Nonetheless, Williams can best be classified as a "hidden gem" in this year's draft class. He currently projects as an early Day 3 selection.

Williams is the Patriots' seventh reported 30 visit ahead of this year's draft. They also either hosted or are planning to host fellow wide receiver Jaylin Noel as well as offensive tackles Will Campbell and Aireontae Ersery, cornerback Jacob Parrish, linebacker Nick Martin, and running back Dylan Sampson.

Would totally grab Kyle Williams at #75 or #100.

Wouldn't be mad but excited as ****. He's a YAC monster which fits our tradition and better than dudes like Savion Williams.

Just don't give him #10.

You don't want a WR named Kyle Williams on this team. He probably does punt returns too.

If we traded BA this was the WR I wanted

He probably would imagine hearing "Kyle Williams back to field the kick" 3-5 times a game 🤢 #10 is available too
Kyle Williams?

Oh come on!!!!!!!!!!

It would be a cool story if the 49ers drafted a guy named Kyle Williams who went on to completely redeem the name.

And somewhere along the line it would become an ISO riddle.
