ATG is desperate for a RT and has been frustrated thus far - I say he reaches for Heath Benedict.

With the #27 pick of the 2nd round Denver selects:
Curtis Lofton
The LB core of the Broncos is suspect. Ian Gold isn't getting any younger and DJ appears to be a better option at OLB than MLB. The signing of Kawika Mitchell who has shown the ability to play both inside and outside LB gives Denver the perfect opportunity to groom what hopefully will be a permenent fixture at the MLB position and shift Kawika over to OLB when Lofton is ready.

With the 28th selection in the 2nd round of the 2008 NFL draft, the Dallas Cowboys select................
Steve Slaton, HB, WVU
It was a toss up between him and Ray Rice.... Rice's high volume of carries had me hesitate. Slaton will be a dangerous change of pace with Barber

With an eye towards eventually replacing the HOFer Marvin Harrison, the Indianapolis Colts select WR Lavelle Hawkins from Cal.

With the 30th pick of the 2nd round the packers are in a bit of a quandry. They have all 3 players that they targeted on the board on this time and now comes down to who we feel will best suit our system...so with our pick we select
Charles Godfrey CB-Iowa
He is the type of CB we love, big, physical and mean. He is a but raw but has the potential to be the best pro out of any CB of this entire draft. We feel we got a steal select him here at the bottom of the second round.
