Thomas may have locked up a late-1st round/very early 2nd selection for himself.

A lot of WR helping themselves today
Manningham second run- rolling start; then trips and almost falls; then runs a 4.62 WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Donnie Avery is a gamer. He said he might not run due to injury, but still goes out an posted a 4.40. He then pulled up with a hammy.

He's faster than 4.40. It's too bad we didn't get a chance to see it today.

OUCH...! Obviously he is a lot faster, but this is gotta hurt. Pro-Bowl he's gotta run 4.44
Manningham's stock is falling almost as fast as Bowman's now.
So, Manningham runs a 4.59 and 4.62

Meltdown.

My guess is that he will be drafted after:
DeSean Jackson
Malcolm Kelly
Limas Sweed
James Hardy
Andre Caldwell
Devin Thomas
Early Doucet

And, I think they will all fit in the 18-35 slot area

This is the order I think they will fall

Honestly, I don't think his 40 hurts him that much. He looks fast. He just looks like he doesn't really know how to run the 40. Too many guys look like they've been training extensively on thier 40, looking more like track guys than football players.

Because Mario's 40 seems a little ackward, I think scouts will focus on tape and ignore the timed speed. Now, I think people will pay more attention to the rest of his workout, but if he looks good for the rest of the Combine, his 40 shouldn't be too damaging.
a 4.62 doesn't help but the was very productive

He had 16 reps, which is pretty decent for any Wr, but for his size, it's more than good. Royal's 24 reps is
