heres a little tidbit on DeSean Jakcson, from the guys at nfl.com who are blogging"Word is that DeShaun Jackson of Cal, who had a blazing 40 time earlier in the morning, also had the best workout during passing drills of the receivers."

Caldwell
Royal
Reynaud
Thomas
The Combine is definitely helping these guys. They all have shown speed and they all can return kicks as well as play WR. I am hoping we end with one of these guys in the second or third round.

He had 16 reps too, with a good vert, he is showing why he could fit Martz's system more and more. Cone drill will be a big factor for him.

Meltdown.
My guess is that he will be drafted after:
DeSean Jackson
Malcolm Kelly
Limas Sweed
James Hardy
Andre Caldwell
Devin Thomas
Early Doucet
And, I think they will all fit in the 18-35 slot area
This is the order I think they will fall
May be a good pick for us at #39, I have been right with you against picking him up but at #39 the value there is amazing.
Who are you referring to here nv? And you did read my post correctly as i was referring to Bubba Caldwell.

lol, Why is this fool working out?!?!?!?
32" isn't that bad. The 36" on that chart seems like an extremely high benchmark. There are a handful of guys in the 20's.
Notables:
Monk: 34.5" - Red zone threat.
Royal: 36" - Having a great Combine
Sweed 35"- Still moving up
D. Thomas: 28"
Nelson: 31"
Rivers: 30"

Manningham, his fall may be our gain, he fits our system like a glove

Biggest winners gotta be, Caldwell, Dexter Jackson, Devin Thomas, Josh Johnson (may be wrong name, but the QB that ran a 4.40) also DeSean Jackson may have put himself as the number 1 receiver to be taken.

He should be the top WR taken, I think anywhere from 7-15. He has good hands, and is the most explosive player in the draft bar none. On film, he is the fast player in the draft, and is a much better WR than Ted Ginn ever was.
