So, is it official that we have 3 WTFs?

Now how does that add up with the good parts of his play?

Adds up to 13 points when we could have had more.

INT came at midfield after a couple of good runs by Gore and Foster.

1st Fumble came in Cardinal territory mid-deep (in FG range) after a great return by Rossum and a great deep pass to VD

2nd fumble came on first play of what should have been a first chance to see JTO go into 2 minute drill mode

2 steps forward - 3 steps or WTFs back!

Let's hope we have 0 turnovers Sunday. If we do, I think we have a strong win.
Still better than Alex Smith.

You still have to go with the best guy.

Yeah right! Next week............much of the same! He is a turn over machine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think .5 WTF's should actually be scored as WTH.

So in my opinion JTO had 2 WTF's and one WTH.
I'm bumping this thread. It will be one of those days..................
Well, how'd our boy do?

Very well!

Maybe a few of the sacks he took were WTFs but hey - at least NO MAJOR MISTAKES.

His stat line:
20/32 321 Yards 1 TD 0 INTs ANDDDDDD.....0 WTFs!!

On to the next game!!

Being brutally honest -- Yeah, I did notice a fair number of the sacks he took, he could've thrown the ball away instead of losing yardage. In addition, there were some instances in which I think he should've ran but didn't.

The one big "WTF" as you say would just be the fumbled snap. It was all on JT, as Heitmann snapped it well. That's fundamental and JT can't do that. If I recall, that was actually something that Kurt Warner used to struggle with at times too early in his career. JTO needs to get that under control.

Other than that, J.T. played pretty well -- good job, especially keeping the ball safe. Excellent work out there putting passes on the money.

Does JTO have a history of fumbling snaps though? Even the best QBs have the odd fumbled snap every once in a while. I know he's had fumbles and been stripped several times so far in Week 1 and the preseason, but I don't recall any fumbled snaps.

He also was able to break away from the rush and make plays out of absolutely NOTHING. He was flat out ballin out there... 20/32 321 Yards 1 TD and No INT is not just "pretty well" but Excellent.

Pretty much agree , although the sack near the sideline was a WTF IMO, needs to throw it away not take a sack, he 'll learn he played well and I'm not a JTO fan.
