sounds like a typical sentence could be about 15 years in prison.

Don't have the link handy, but he is expected to be formally charged today.
You probably won't be able to read this anyway because of the genius mods who decided to flip everyone's posts today. Absolutely retarded if you ask me. Give me warnings if you want, but whoever came up with the idea of making everyone post backwards is a retard!

Talk about deep pockets (wasn't he driving a bentley). The family will sue him for everything he has.
You have this backwards my friend. Have you been to jail? I think the civil suit is the least of his concerns. He is facing DUI manslaughter. He may go to prison for a very long time. If there is some kind of scale, DUI Manslaughter is one level below Murder/Rape.
Any prisoner facing 15-life would give away any amount of money for freedom.

Agreed, the man is facing many years behind bars... His money is the last of his problems, his freedom and lack of is what he has on his mind.

Apparently not. He didn't even get the Leonard Little treatment. He just got sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Donte Stallworth kills an elderly man who is on his way to catch the bus after work, and gets 30 days in jail.
