I've been following the local news(Nashville) after hearing about this. I've heard from several places that it wasn't his wife but they are withholding the woman's name for right now. Also, there hasn't been any talk of murder-suicide from any report I've seen. Right now, its just 2 people found shot dead and one is Steve McNair.
If anybody is interested in keeping up with this, I will keep you informed if I hear anything on local Nashville news.

Well on paper it screams like either a wronged man has killed him because he was seeing his partner or perhaps it was a set up etc with a hooker.
That being said though...on paper it SEEMS like that. I agree that we should all wait for confirmation.
