i kinda feel bad for raiders fans

they really are a passionate group and no fan base should have to put up with al davis for this long

But on the other hand, they've been an obnoxious group for a long, long time. I'm kind of enjoying seeing them go through this, and the fact that they are finally acting humbled is just the cherry on top.

That being said, I do agree that the Crypt Keeper Davis has got to go for the general good of the NFL. I'll give Davis his due, he brought a lot to the game back in the sixties, seventies, and into the eighties, but the game has long since left him behind and it's now time for him to go.

I do find the irony here delicious, though.
In threads critical of Russell, his defenders will point the finger at his young receivers.
And then in threads critical of a receiver, the defenders - some of them the same posters - will point the finger at JaMarcus Russell.
So, it seems, DHB is bad because Russell is throwing him the ball. And Russell is bad because he has to throw to DHB.
Awesome circular logic.
