So all 5 of our Super Bowls came within the exact amount of time that the Raiders were not a bay area team. The Raiders are leaving again....

Not just the Niners, Raiders cursed the rest of the Bay Area teams from 1995-2010:

Run TMC/Nelly/Weber W's went to hell around '95...

LaRussa A's got old quick, got sold to s**tty owners, and got their stadium ruined...

Giants never won a title in the Dusty/Bonds era...

Yeah, they need to GTFOH

Las Vegas Raiders and 49ers preseason games will be epic

I didn't even think about this! Yes, we do get a free Vegas trip out of it when they leave!

Didn't the NFL stop scheduling 9ers Raiders preseason games recently?

Yup, Last time they played in preseason was 2011

Correct, that year at Candlestick, so many fights in the stands. Might renew with Vegas move, but who knows.
looks like that deal fell apart quick.

Are you really questioning it ?

I heard someone bring up the theory that with the 49ers moving to Santa Clara and not being popular at the moment, the NFL wants to keep the Raiders in Oakland so that the fans in the East Bay (out to the Central Valley) have and NFL team to root for and a place to see games without too much trouble.
That would be one reason not to share a stadium and one reason to vote down the move.
